For anyone encountering this issue, it would be helpful for us to know:

What is your chat settings
Did you touch those settings at some point before it stopped working (at beginning of match, in the lobby etc.)
Did it recover? After a game or a round for instance, or did you need to restart the game?

We are actively investigating those. Thanks for your reports!

Hi I am encountering this issue frequently. Strangely it does not happen every game but around 50%. I reported it on Discord to PS Ticket ID 14377. I have not changed any chat settings. I cannot message in the team channel - /team indicates it is not available. Voice chat stops completely, pressing V I have no mic active icon. Enemies have reported they can chat with each other. Strangely my teammates never message in match chat reporting the same issue. It just happened in my last match and now the next match it works again. I got the same teammates coincidentally and now it works fine. Feel free to add me on discord - my username is "openai.com" for following up.

No I have not

Did it recover? After a game or a round for instance, or did you need to restart the game?

It recovers after a game / sometimes it does not recover. I think it could be sever / network related and unrelated to my local settings. Maybe it could be my local network though? e.g. a disconnect and failure to reconnect to voice?

Hi, I'm having the same bug, it can be described the exact same way as seanfreadl's post. when it didnt work the first game, I loaded into the range where it did work, and then next game i loaded in without restarting it was broken again.

Also having this issue. Happens mid match. Can't vc or switch from match channel. Sometimes my headset disconnects and reconnects idk if that has any relevance. Steelseries, with app and black box. I have closed game and reconnected to the same match and voice worked fine.
RTX 3090ti, intel cpu. This happens once a night to me at least.

I have not touched any settings woke up this morning to a message saying connecting to chat, since then i cant change my chat channels and my audio to teammates or party is not working at all. please fix or help me figure out what to do so i can fix this.
