The same issue with "enter" button. There is a option to rebind chat and whisper. Although Changing those settings will not unbind "enter" and "]" from their original action

I have this issue with the "/" key. I use an azeron cyro and "/" is usually my sprint key in games. In this instance I can bind it to the walk action in keybindings, but it still forces chat to open. Definitely a major pain point.
