Myself, and my friend both experienced this as well
To add to this, It seems to be related to the crouch fatiguing. Getting it to happen with no fatigue built up doesn't seem possible and that's where the ~4-5 presses is required, however once it's been built up then ~2-3 is pretty consistent to trigger it.
Getting same issue quite consistently
i dont think its a bug, im p sure its intended btw. if its a bug, its been in the game for a while so i doubt it
